We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Proposal Preparation Executive/Engineer to support & co ordinate with our sales team by preparing detailed proposals and quotations. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, interpreting technical specifications, and generating commercially and technically sound proposals.Key Responsibilities:• Prepare technical and commercial proposals/quotations.• Study customer inquiries and specifications to understand project requirements while preparing the proposals.• Coordinate with sales teams to gather cost inputs and timelines.• Ensure proposal compliance with client requirements and industry standards.• Maintain a database of proposal templates, costing details, and past proposals.• Follow up with clients on submitted proposals and provide clarifications. • Prepare and deliver engaging, tailored sales presentations during onsite client meetings.________________________________________Requirements:• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Certification.• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in proposal or estimation roles, preferably in industrial products manufacturing.Other Requirements:• Willingness to travel to client sites (local or regional).• Professional presentation and customer-focused attitude.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.• Technical background or understanding of products/services offered.Why Join Us?Be part of a forward-thinking engineering company that values innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
