Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies aligned with project and company goals. Identify and manage reliable vendors to ensure cost-effective and quality procurement. Ensure on-time delivery and compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Lead, mentor, and supervise the purchase team to achieve departmental KPIs. Collaborate with Engineering and Sales teams to understand and fulfill technical and project-based requirements. Conduct continuous market research to explore new suppliers, alternative materials, and cost-saving opportunities. Monitor vendor performance, negotiate pricing and contracts, and manage supply risks. Candidate Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in procurement or supply chain management. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office is preferred.
