Job Description

OBJECTIVE SUMMARY:

Execute procurement activities efficiently by sourcing, purchasing, and coordinating the delivery of goods and services at competitive prices while maintaining quality standards. Support vendor management, maintain procurement records, and ensure compliance with company policies

PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Procurement & Sourcing

  • Monitor market trends, prices, and product availability.
  • Source quality materials at competitive prices.
  • Research and evaluate suppliers and vendors.
  • Compare quotations and negotiate pricing and contract terms.
  • Attend trade shows to identify new vendors and industry trends.

Order Management

  • Prepare and process purchase orders.
  • Track orders and follow up to ensure timely delivery.
  • Enter order details into internal databases (quantities, vendors, pricing).
  • Review and inspect quality of purchased goods.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain records of purchases, contracts, invoices, and delivery data.
  • Prepare reports on purchases, cost analysis, and budget utilization.
  • Keep updated vendor and distributor lists.

Coordination & Inventory

  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, accounts, warehouse).
  • Align purchases with stock requirements and production schedules.
  • Monitor inventory levels and reorder materials as needed.

Strategy & Budgeting

  • Create effective purchasing strategies.
  • Prepare cost estimates and manage procurement budgets.
  • Ensure purchases align with company goals and cost-saving initiatives.

Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
  • File and organize all purchasing documents, including invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes.
  • Assist in updating purchasing databases and systems.
  • Material-Specific Records.

REQUIREMENTS:

Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management.

Age : Above 23

Gender : Male / Female

Experience : Above 1 year
