About the Role We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the human resources function at our luxury wellness resort in Kerala. The role requires strong leadership, people management skills, and the ability to create a positive and professional workplace culture that supports our vision of exceptional guest service. Key Responsibilities Lead recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning. Manage training, employee engagement, and performance management. Ensure compliance with labour laws and hospitality industry standards. Oversee payroll, benefits, and HR systems. Provide guidance to leadership and resolve employee relations matters. Requirements Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or related field. 5+ years HR experience (hospitality or luxury resort preferred). Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws.
