About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Ayurveda Doctor (BAMS) to join our luxury wellness resort. The role involves guest consultations, prescribing personalized Ayurvedic treatments, supervising Panchakarma and spa therapies, and guiding wellness programs. You will ensure authentic Ayurveda practices are delivered with world-class hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct guest health consultations and design treatment plans.
• Prescribe Ayurvedic therapies, Panchakarma, diet, and lifestyle recommendations.
• Supervise spa/therapist team to ensure treatment quality.
• Collaborate with culinary team for Ayurvedic wellness cuisine.
• Support wellness retreats, training, and guest engagement activities.

Requirements

• BAMS degree from a recognized university.
• 3+ years’ experience in Ayurveda practice, preferably in resorts/wellness centers.
• Strong knowledge of Panchakarma and holistic therapies.
• Excellent communication skills; English required (Malayalam/Hindi a plus).
• Guest-oriented, empathetic, and professional.
