Position Overview:

As a Front Office Associate, you will be the face of the resort — extending a warm, genuine welcome to every guest and ensuring an effortless check-in, check-out, and overall stay experience. You will embody the resort’s philosophy of personalized wellness and gracious hospitality, creating memorable first and last impressions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness in line with the resort’s service standards.
  • Handle check-in/check-out processes efficiently using the property management system (PMS).
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized assistance to enhance their wellness journey.
  • Manage guest reservations, room allocations, and special requests with accuracy and discretion.
  • Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Spa, and F&B teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Handle billing, payments, and maintain accurate guest records.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring complete satisfaction.
  • Assist with resort activities, wellness program schedules, and local area information.
  • Uphold a calm, polished demeanor under all circumstances — reflecting the resort’s tranquil atmosphere.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Front Office or Guest Relations, preferably in a luxury resort or boutique property.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in PMS software (Opera, IDS, etc.) and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong sense of grooming, etiquette, and guest service excellence.
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
