We are looking for a Purchase Manager who shares our passion for quality, sustainability, and excellence in every detail.

Role Overview

The Purchase Manager will oversee all procurement activities — sourcing premium spa, wellness, F&B, and operational supplies — while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery. The ideal candidate is organized, ethical, and aligned with the resort’s sustainable luxury philosophy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute purchasing strategies aligned with resort goals.
• Source and evaluate suppliers for spa, wellness, F&B, and housekeeping needs.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts for optimal value.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, suppliers, and purchase orders.
• Collaborate with department heads for forecasting and budget planning.
• Ensure purchases align with the resort’s sustainability and brand standards.
• Conduct regular vendor evaluations and product quality checks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Hospitality, or Business Management.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in procurement, ideally within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in inventory and procurement systems.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of eco-friendly sourcing practices preferred.
