Your Role

As our Bartender, you will be the face of our beverage experience — blending creativity with calm precision. You will craft a selection of fine wines, premium beers, signature mocktails, and nourishing fresh juices, each prepared with care and elegance to complement our guests’ wellness journey.

What You’ll Do

• Create and serve an inspiring range of wellness-inspired mocktails, fresh juices, premium wines, and beers, maintaining the highest standards of taste and presentation.
• Deliver personalized and graceful service, ensuring each guest feels at ease and cared for.
• Share your knowledge of beverages — from origins and pairings to health-conscious choices — with authenticity and warmth.
• Maintain an immaculate, serene, and inviting bar environment aligned with the resort’s aesthetic.
• Support sustainable practices through mindful ingredient use and minimal waste.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop seasonal beverage menus and wellness drinks that celebrate nature’s best ingredients.
• Uphold all hygiene, safety, and responsible service standards with quiet professionalism.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous bartending experience in a luxury resort, boutique hotel, or fine-dining setting.
• A refined understanding of wine, beer, and non-alcoholic mixology with a flair for elegant presentation.
• Passion for wellness, sustainability, and holistic hospitality.
• Graceful communication skills and a naturally warm, engaging personality.
• Impeccable grooming, composure, and attention to detail.
