Job Description

osition Summary

The Bar Man is responsible for preparing, serving, and presenting beverages to guests, ensuring a high standard of service, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction at all times. This role requires a mix of technical skill, speed, and a friendly personality.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in line with standard recipes.
Welcome guests warmly, take orders, and provide recommendations when requested.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including glasses, utensils, and stock.
Monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible service of alcohol.
Handle cash, POS systems, and daily sales reconciliation accurately.
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and legal standards (e.g., age restrictions).
Assist in creating new drink recipes or promotions when required.
Work closely with other staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
