Purchase Executive

You are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join the procurement team as a Purchase Executive in Bhadaur. The main focus of this role is to reduce procurement time and costs while streamlining the entire process. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing raw materials, managing existing vendors, and establishing relationships with new vendors to secure better quotes. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory effectively by forecasting stock requirements to prevent production delays, coordinating with store and production departments to maintain an adequate stock reserve, tracking stock usage, staying updated on market dynamics to make cost-effective purchases, and generating purchase orders by negotiating prices with vendors. You should possess traits such as good relationship management, initiative, stability, effective communication skills, enthusiasm, integrity, and the ability to learn quickly. Skills required for this role include a basic understanding of procurement and supply chain processes, proficiency in MS Excel, record-keeping abilities, and strong negotiation skills. Candidates with any graduate degree are eligible to apply for this position. The working conditions include a 6-day workweek from 9 am to 6 pm in the manufacturing industry.
