Job Title: Purchase Engineer (Mining & Construction Equipment) Location: Hyderabad,Telangana Job Type: Full-time Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in procurement of mining and construction machinery spares Key Responsibilities: Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers (both local and international) for mining and construction equipment spare parts. Procurement Process: Ensure timely procurement of required parts while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards. Technical Assessment: Work closely with the engineering and maintenance teams to understand specifications and ensure parts meet the required standards. Cost Optimization: Analyze market trends, manage price negotiations, and develop cost-saving procurement strategies. Inventory Coordination: Work with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure proper stock levels and timely deliveries. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain purchase records, manage import/export documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. Experience: [3-5] years in procurement of mining and construction equipment spares. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of heavy machinery components and spare parts. Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate with suppliers to get the best pricing and delivery terms. Software Proficiency: Experience with ERP systems and procurement software is an advantage. Communication: Strong communication skills for supplier coordination and internal team collaboration.
