Job Summary / Core Responsibilities :-🔆Ensure on-time delivery of parts and raw materials.🔆Maintain compliance with delivery schedules and quality standards.🔆Manage procurement planning for local and import materials (Incoterms knowledge).🔆Monitor vendor performance (VDP) and oversee VMI operations.🔆Control raw material and spare parts inventory; prevent line stoppages.🔆Implement milk-run processes for local supplies and maintain required safety stock.🔆Conduct supplier risk assessments and drive corrective actions.🔆Develop suppliers for capacity, quality, and supply chain readiness.🔆Apply lean practices such as Kanban, JIT, and leveling.🔆Collaborate with logistics, buyers, planners, SQ, and operations to resolve supply issues.🔆Monitor supplier capacity and plan replacement tools.

Skills /Competencies

Should have a strong understanding of different *plastic materials, particularly thermosets and polypropylene*
Must be familiar with *import procedures and documentation.*
Knowledge on supplier base
Handling procurement planning Local and *import* .
Knowledge on Lean concept, (leveling, Kanban, JIT).
Forecasting analysis of Business plan, able to initiate Lean (JIT, Kanban) and

Inventory control for Raw Materials.

RM coverage and control and Co-ordination with CFT
Inventory management and Budgeting for Inventory / Freight
