BILLING & ESTIMATION ENGINEER

Job Description

Billing and Invoicing: Handle billing and invoicing tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Prepare Estimates: Prepare detailed estimates that include all costs associated with the project Material Estimation: Assist in determining the necessary materials for projects, taking into account the project's budget and specifications. Cost Estimation: Help in calculating the overall cost of the project, considering all possible factors. Vendor Assessment: Assess and select vendors based on their capability to deliver quality materials within the given time frame and budget. Bid Preparation: Assist in preparing and submitting detailed bids for projects. Attend Site and Client Meetings: Attend meetings with clients and on-site teams to discuss project progress and address any issues or concerns. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. Proven experience of 1 - 3 years in estimation and billing from Electrical Contracting Company Excellent numerical skills and an analytical mindset. Outstanding attention to detail. Strong knowledge of cost estimation and vendor assessment, & billing Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in relevant software (e.g.Google Sheets, MS Office, ). Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
