Position: Sr. Purchase & Coordination Executive

Location: Jhajjar, Haryana

Experience: 3–6 years (preferably in electrical panel/switchgear industry)

Role Overview

The Purchase & Coordination Executive will be responsible for managing procurement activities, vendor coordination, and operational support for electrical panel and switchgear projects. The role requires strong skills in advanced MS Excel, vendor management, and cross‑department coordination to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle purchase requisitions, vendor quotations, and order processing
• Prepare and maintain purchase orders, GRNs, and invoices in ERP/Excel
• Negotiate with suppliers for pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms
• Maintain vendor database and build strong supplier relationships
• Track inventory levels and coordinate with stores and production teams
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and cost analysis using advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, Macros)
• Coordinate between sales, design, production, and dispatch teams for smooth order execution
• Monitor project timelines and ensure material availability for electrical panel/switchgear manufacturing
• Support audits and compliance requirements related to purchase and inventory
• Contribute to cost optimization and process improvement initiatives

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Advanced MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Macros, Data Analysis)
• Knowledge of purchase processes, vendor management, and costing
• Familiarity with switchgear/electrical panel components (circuit breakers, busbars, relays, contactors, etc.)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask and coordinate across departments
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Tally, or similar) preferred

Qualification

• Diploma / Graduate in Electrical Engineering, Commerce, or Business Administration
• Certification in MS Excel / Supply Chain Management (preferred)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
