Job Summary:

Part Truck Load (PTL)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new clients for PTL / Express cargo business.
  • Generate additional business from existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Understand client logistics needs and offer customized PTL solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate rates effectively.
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
  • Maintain sales reports and update CRM systems regularly.
  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of PTL / Express logistics operations.
  • Proven experience in B2B / corporate sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Target-driven, customer-focused, and self-motivated.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
