Role & responsibilities

Regional Sales Head B2B Express Business (PTL/FTL)

Preferred candidate profile

1. Sales Strategy & Business Growth

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Achieve revenue, volume, and profitability targets across all B2B segments .
  • Identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, and industry trends to drive regional expansion.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge.

2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Drive customer acquisition through focused sales initiatives and structured account management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, channel partners, and large accounts.
  • Ensure superior customer experience and retention through service excellence and proactive engagement.
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.

3. Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, goal-setting, and capability-building sessions.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales organization.

4. Business Operations & Coordination

  • Work closely with Operations, Finance, and HR to ensure smooth execution of business plans.
  • Monitor collections, pricing adherence, and compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights for management review.

5. Strategic Partnerships & Key Initiatives

  • Identify potential strategic alliances, corporate tie-ups, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Participate in tenders, RFPs, and contract negotiations to secure large business deals.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Education:

    Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management
  • Experience:

    17-25 years of experience in

    B2B Sales

    , preferably in

    Express Logistics, Courier, or Supply Chain industries

  • Proven track record in handling large enterprise accounts and managing multi-location teams.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and negotiation expertise.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
