Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for driving business growth through PTL (Part Truck Load) sales by identifying new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers and achieving sales targets within assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new clients for PTL / Express cargo business.
Generate business from existing accounts through cross-selling and up-selling.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Understand client logistics needs and offer suitable PTL solutions.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and rate negotiations.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and track competitor activity.
Maintain sales reports and update CRM with daily activities.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of PTL / Express logistics operations.
Proven experience in B2B / corporate sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Result-oriented with strong customer focus.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Qualification:

Graduate / MBA preferred (specialisation in Sales, Marketing, or Logistics).

Preferred Industry Background:

Logistics & Transportation (PTL / FTL / Express Cargo / Supply Chain).
Freight Forwarding / 3PL Services.
