Job Description

Sales Experience in Logistics company will be mandatory.

People presently working in Bangalore will be given preferance only.

Role & responsibilities

Develop and execute a city-specific business development and sales plan in coordination with the Regional Sales Manager.
Identify and approach at least
10 new potential customers every month
to promote XP Indias PTL services.
Present and pitch XP Indias value proposition a robust blend of
technology, service efficiency, and competitive pricing
.
Benchmark pricing against market standards to ensure relevance and competitiveness.
Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients; ensure seamless onboarding onto the XP tech platform.
Collaborate with internal departments such as
Service Delivery, Finance, Tech, and Leadership
to ensure high-quality service and delivery.
Monitor market trends and customer feedback to refine strategy and enhance customer experience.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven experience in
Express Part Load Sales (PTL)
logistics or related transport sales is
mandatory
.
Strong network and knowledge of local and regional logistics markets.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
High energy, entrepreneurial mindset, and a strong desire to grow within a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic tech platforms for sales reporting and lead tracking.
