Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with proven experience in software and in-house product sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships and leading sales initiatives to achieve organizational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop and close new business opportunities to expand market presence.
• Drive sales of software products and other in-house solutions to enterprise and mid-market clients.
• Build, develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, regular follow-ups and account management.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and negotiations with prospective and existing clients.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, pricing models and contracts aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate closely with technical, pre-sales and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, pipeline and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Monitor industry trends, market dynamics and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports and insights to the management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or a related field.
• Experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in software or technology products.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
• Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot or similar)
• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and pre-sales teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
