Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Proposal Writing & Budgeting Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing and budgeting skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and write proposals in response to requests for proposals (RFPs) and other business opportunities.

Prepare and manage budgets for projects and initiatives.

Conduct research and analyze data to inform proposal content and budget decisions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement proposal strategies.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures in all proposal materials.

Manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.

Job Requirements

Strong writing and communication skills are essential for crafting compelling proposal narratives.

Experience with budgeting and financial analysis is required to prepare accurate budget documents.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.

Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in using proposal management software and tools to track progress and manage submissions.

A strong understanding of RFP processes and requirements is necessary.
