Sales cum Support Executive

Core Responsibilities

Sales Activities

Support the sales team in
lead generation, prospect qualification, and follow-ups
.
Respond to inbound leads and convert them into qualified opportunities.
Assist in creating
sales proposals, quotes, and demos
.
Track sales activities and update CRM system with accurate pipeline status.
Help achieve revenue or subscription targets set for sales campaigns.

Support & Customer Success

Act as a point of contact for customer questions regarding products and services.
Provide timely support and resolution for customer issues via email/chat/phone.
Assist with
customer onboarding
and product walk-throughs.
Escalate complex technical or product queries to internal teams.
Educate customers on product features, pricing, best practices, and usage.

Cross–Functional Collaboration

Work with
Sales Managers and Solutions/Success teams
to improve customer experience.
Provide insights and customer feedback to product teams for improvement.
