Roles and Responsibilities

1. Learns sales administration by completing rotation in sales office functions.

2. Learns sales process by completing training program; completing study assignments.

3. Observes sales process by traveling with sales representatives; attending sales and service calls.

4. Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

5. Maintaining and developing relationships with distributers & retailers.

6. Gathering market and customer information.

7. Meet performance (SMART) goals and objectives set by upper management and determined upon accepting the position.

8. Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

9. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

10. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
