At HeatBeasts, we are creating an ecosystem where esports talent meets unmatched opportunities. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Management role based in Delhi, India. As a key member of the HeatBeasts team, you will oversee operational strategies, facilitate tournament planning, and manage day-to-day organizational activities. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with gaming communities and partners, leading cross-functional teams, analyzing performance data, and contributing to the growth of the platform. You will also ensure alignment with company objectives and be instrumental in driving new initiatives to foster the esports ecosystem. Qualifications Leadership and team management skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams effectively Strategic planning, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Experience in project management and operational execution Familiarity with the esports industry, tournament organization, and gaming community culture Data analysis, technology implementation, and process optimization expertise Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field (preferred) Passion for esports and gaming
