Role & responsibilities • Perform data entry duties about sales figures, metrics and other key data • Create and process sales orders in a timely fashion • Expedite requests for rush orders and alter sales orders and shipping data as needed • Provide daily support to the sales team, ensuring smooth internal communication and operations. • Track and process customer orders with accuracy, ensuring all details are verified and meet the required standards. • Compile daily lists of leads and delegate individual leads to sales team associates • Maintain an organized and accessible file system for administrative and sales professionals • Handle all administrative duties for the organization and scheduling of client meetings and conferences • Follow up with clients on the telephone for administrative purposes • Provide administrative assistance to executives and management team members as required • Liaising with the operations team for a smooth execution of Deliverables and ensuring the service expectations of the customers are met • Maintaining the data / client contact details in appropriate data warehouses hygienically • Regular update of all the activities in the tools provided and track the movement of all such activities • Research and pull various reports and documents, including but not limited to contracts, price schedules, inventory reports, contact information, invoices, spending, and the scope of the relationship, from internal systems. • Report and track metrics, monitoring SLAs, progress, and providing periodic status reports to relevant parties. • Managing & Process Distributor claims. Experience Required - • Graduate Or Postgraduate with relevant MIS experience • Strong knowledge in handling different claims • Should be proficient in MS Excel and MS word.
