Front line Sales & Business Development Role
Responsible for Business development in assigned region or Distributor
Responsible for managing specific list of Customers and engage with Business Development, Range Selling, Acquisition / Wins. Build Strong relationship with Stake holders.
Distributor / Distribution Management
Business development in HoReCa Channel (Particularly Cafes & QSR)
Achieve New Wins Targets (Customer Acquisition)
Achieve Range Selling Targets (New SKU Introduction)
Retention of existing customers
Ensure Product availability & timely service
Live demonstration of the product range to F&B fraternity.
Strong relation building initiatives and strategy to penetrate new accounts
Support & Execute customer Sessions in major Cities
Capture competition activities, promotions and pricing trends
Reporting as per Sales & Business development MIS Tools.

Preferred candidate profile

Hotel Management graduate or any Graduate
Total experience required 1 Year to 2 Year
Selling experience in HoReCa segments is a value add
Knowledge of distribution & partners in Specified markets
Strong presentation & customer engagement Skills
Creative & innovative concept selling approach will be the key
Ability to analyse market trends and develop concepts for institutional customer (Hotels, Bars, Cafs, QSRs, Entertainment Chains, Bakery Cafs, Restaurants)

Competencies Required -

Sales planning, Business development along with distributor management
High levels of integrity and honesty & Self initiatives
BTL activation & launch initiatives.
Very Strong customer & innovation focus
