Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Data Entry & Reporting

Enter and maintain accurate records of sales figures, performance metrics, and other key business data.
Ensure timely updates and reporting for internal stakeholders.

Client Onboarding

Create and manage new customer code setups in the system.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers.

Sample Request Coordination

Handling sample requests from customers.
Ensuring timely dispatch, tracking and delivery of samples within timelines.

Open Order Status Management

Monitor and update open order statuses based on inputs from Account Managers, Customers, and Customer Development (CD) teams.
Tracking and ensuring material is invoiced in timely manner as per the requirement.
Collaborate closely with the Customer Service team for full support and guidance
.

Credit & Block Order Coordination

Work with Accounts Receivable (AR), Order Management (OM), Finance, and Customer Service (CS) teams to resolve credit issues and unblock orders.
Ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
.

NDA Coordination

Facilitate the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) sign-off process with customers.
Track and maintain records of signed NDAs
.

Experience Required -

Graduate Or Postgraduate with relevant MIS experience
Strong knowledge in handling different claims
Should be proficient in MS Excel and MS word.
Candidate with exposure to B2B setup from food industry will be preferred.

Skills

Stakeholder Management.
Good communication and presentation skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Displays strong commitment, highly motivated with "can-do" attitude.
