Job Title: Sales Office Executive
Location: Bangalore (BLR)Experience: 23 YearsQualification: Any Graduation________________________________________Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive Sales Office–Based Executive to support the sales team through coordination, documentation, and reporting activities. The role is office-based and focuses on sales support, order processing, customer coordination, and MIS.________________________________________Key Responsibilities:• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales team• Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and proforma invoices• Coordinate with internal teams such as production, logistics, and accounts for order execution• Maintain customer records, sales data, and order status updates• Prepare sales MIS reports and track targets, dispatches, and collections• Handle customer queries related to orders, deliveries, and documentation• Follow up on pending orders, approvals, and payments• Ensure accurate documentation and timely communication with stakeholders________________________________________Required Skills & Competencies:• Good understanding of sales coordination and office-based sales operations• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office• Experience in preparing sales reports and documentation• Strong communication and coordination skills• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
