Job Description

Proposal Engineer / Inside Sales Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities

Coordinate closely with the Sales Team to understand customer enquiries, project requirements, and sales objectives.
Review and analyze product specifications received from the Sales Team and customers to ensure technical accuracy.
Understand end-user applications and operating conditions to determine suitable product solutions.
Recommend the most appropriate products based on technical feasibility, application requirements, and customer needs.
Prepare comprehensive techno-commercial proposals, including technical details, pricing, and commercial terms.
Create, review, and submit accurate quotations in line with product specifications and company guidelines.
Prepare and share technical drawings, datasheets, and supporting documents as and when required.
Follow up with customers and internal sales stakeholders to address queries and move quotations toward closure.
Maintain and update all quotation-related data, follow-ups, and status in the CRM system.
Conduct regular customer follow-ups to identify future requirements, repeat orders, and new business opportunities.
Ensure timely responses to customer requests and maintain high standards of professional communication.
Support the Sales Team in achieving order conversion and customer satisfaction goals.
