Proposal Engineer / Inside Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate regularly with the Sales Team to understand customer requirements.
  2. Study product specifications provided by the Sales Team and analyze customer enquiries.
  3. Understand product applications and suggest the most suitable solutions.
  4. Prepare detailed techno-commercial proposals based on customer needs and product selection.
  5. Submit quotations, drawings, and supporting documents as required.
  6. Maintain accurate quotation records and tracking in CRM.
  7. Follow up with customers and the sales team for updates, clarifications, and order closures.
  8. Monitor open enquiries and quotations to ensure timely responses.
  9. Maintain good customer relationships and identify future business opportunities.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of industrial and process control equipment.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/specifications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
