  • Saturday (2nd, 4th & 5th):

    12:00 PM 9:00 PM (No Drop Facility)
  • Weekly Off:

    1st & 3rd Saturday and all Sundays

Role Summary

Business Development Executive International Market

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive

    International B2B Sales

    across US, UK, and Canada markets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with global clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and partners
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and competitor activity
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations
  • Close deals aligned with company revenue and growth objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design customized client solutions
  • Manage sales pipelines and update CRM systems regularly
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
  • Work from office during

    night shifts

    to coordinate with international clients

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in

    Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field

    (MBA preferred)
  • 13 years of proven experience

    in

    International B2B / Overseas Sales

  • Hands-on experience working with

    US, UK, and Canadian markets

  • Strong knowledge of

    B2B sales cycle, lead generation, and negotiation

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and planning abilities
  • Proficiency in

    CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)

    and MS Office
