Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead our projects from inception to completion specially in Govt. Sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Lean Six Sigma. You will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Your ability to manage teams, facilitate meetings, and communicate effectively will be crucial in driving project success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning sessions to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that outline tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Utilize project management software such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project for tracking progress.
  • Implement change management strategies to handle project adjustments smoothly.
  • Conduct requirements gathering and analysis to ensure stakeholder needs are met.
  • Supervise team members and coordinate efforts across various departments.
  • Facilitate meetings to discuss project status, resolve conflicts, and address challenges.
  • Monitor project performance using earned value management techniques.
  • Ensure quality management practices are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage budgets and control costs effectively while maintaining high standards of work.
  • Utilize data analysis skills for reporting on project metrics and outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through methodologies like Kaizen and Lean.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of the project management lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with PMBOK guidelines and various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage conflicts effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on time management and prioritization of tasks.
  • Proficient in using PPM tools such as Smartsheet, Basecamp, or Primavera P6 for project coordination.
  • Experience in program development and design with knowledge of business process modeling techniques.
  • Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and presentation delivery.
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement solutions for process improvement.
  • Experience in vendor management and IT infrastructure projects is a plus.
