Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong technical awareness in Node.js, SQL databases, and UI/UX concepts. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment between business goals, technical feasibility, and user-centric design. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and deliver projects within scope, timeline, and budget. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders. Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and progress reports. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure backend solutions using Node.js and SQL databases align with business requirements. Review technical deliverables, including APIs, data workflows, and integrations. Apply basic UI/UX knowledge to evaluate wireframes, prototypes, and ensure usability is factored into project outcomes. Manage requirement gathering sessions and ensure clear documentation (BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories). Identify risks, dependencies, and issues, and develop mitigation plans. Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and ensure team productivity. Communicate project updates to stakeholders and leadership through status reports and dashboards. Ensure quality assurance, UAT support, and smooth handover to operations teams. Must-Have SkillsProven experience as a Project Manager in IT/software development projects. Strong knowledge of Node.js concepts (backend workflows, APIs, integrations). Hands-on understanding of SQL databases (MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle) and ability to review/validate SQL queries. Basic understanding of UI/UX principles (wireframes, usability testing, design collaboration). Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Kanban, SDLC). Strong experience in creating and managing project documentation (charters, requirement docs, status reports). Expertise with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Trello, or similar). Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
