Job Description: Project Manager. Company: Suvidhi Procon Private Limited. Location: Ahmedabad Experience: 6–12 years in construction/project management Position Overview Lead end-to-end execution of Highrise residential/commercial projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, and cost efficiency. Drive cross functional teams to achieve strategic objectives. A Key Responsibilities 1. Project Planning & Execution Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans using MS Project/Primavera. Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to timelines (critical path management). 2. Stakeholder Coordination Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and government authorities for approvals (RERA, GUDA). Chair weekly progress meetings and resolve onsite conflicts. 3. Quality & Safety Compliance Enforce IS codes, safety standards (OSHA), and environmental regulations. Conduct audits for material quality, structural integrity, and documentation. 4. Financial Oversight Control project costs, approve BOQs, and manage vendor contracts to prevent budget overruns. 5. Track cash flow, submit billing reports, and ensure timely client payments. Required Skills Technical: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and ERP software. Expertise in RCC, structural analysis, and contract management (FIDIC/Indian standards). Leadership: Team management, client negotiation, and crisis resolution. Analytical: Risk assessment, cost forecasting, and KPI tracking. Qualifications Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.E./M.Tech or PMP® preferred). Experience: 6–10 years in building construction (high-rises ≥20 floors, commercial complexes). Proven track record of delivering projects ≥50 crores. Certifications: PMP®, PRINCE2®, or OSHA 30Hour (advantageous).
