As a Project Manager at SDS, you will lead the implementation of CSR and development projects, manage stakeholders, and ensure timely and quality delivery aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management

• Oversee end-to-end implementation of development projects.
• Coordinate with field teams, stakeholders, and CSR partners to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met with quality standards.

CSR Coordination

• Manage donor relations and ensure compliance with CSR guidelines and frameworks.
• Facilitate field visits, ensure project deliveries, and maintain timely communication with corporate partners.

Reporting & Documentation

• Draft high-quality narrative reports, case studies, success stories, and quarterly/annual reports.
• Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, MIS, and dashboards.

Budgeting & Finance Oversight

• Support in project budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
• Work closely with the accounts team to ensure proper fund utilization and documentation.

Administrative Support

• Assist in compliance, audits, MoUs, and operational support wherever needed.
• Maintain internal documentation, stakeholder records, and follow-up trackers.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Budget handling and basic accounts knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Familiarity with CSR compliances and donor reporting.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent coordination, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and result-oriented approach.
