Project Manager

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end implementation of our regulatory reporting software suite, ensuring timely and compliant delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Define scope, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal development teams, and external partners.
• Facilitate regular status meetings (e.g. weekly status update and monthly Steering Committee (SteerCo) meetings) and ensure transparent communication.
• Manage clients’ and internal expectations and ensure alignment with business objectives of both Regnology and clients.
• Lead cross-functional and international project teams, with a focus on APAC jurisdictions (e.g., MAS, HKMA, APRA).
• Oversee project governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support pre-sales activities and contribute to solution design and proposal development.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement – applicable for senior project manager positions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field; or equivalent experience in banking, insurance, or regulatory domains.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex software implementation projects, ideally in regulatory reporting or financial services.
• Strong understanding of APAC regulatory frameworks and reporting obligations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) and/or background in financial/data analytics preferred.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with diverse teams.
• Experience in business development or client engagement within a global firm is highly valued.
• Based in Pune.
