HR Project Manager

As an experienced HR Project Manager at Regnology, you will play a crucial role in the growth and enhancement of the global HR function. You will be part of a dynamic and international HR team, collaborating on innovative HR projects. Your primary focus will be on leading the HRIS project to implement Workday across the Regnology business, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing end-to-end project management for HRIS implementation, encompassing planning, risk management, and status reporting. - Overseeing cross-border HR projects to promote consistency and collaboration in an international setting. - Facilitating effective communication and engagement with stakeholders throughout HR project lifecycles. - Leading initiatives to streamline and harmonize global HR policies while adhering to local legal and cultural requirements. - Enhancing the utilization of HR tools and systems to boost efficiency, user experience, and adoption. - Collaborating with HR functional leads to align processes with new tools and systems. - Ensuring data security and compliance with relevant regulations such as GDPR and local labor laws. - Identifying process improvements and developing HR projects aligned with the Regnology HR strategy. To be considered for this role, you should possess: - Strong project management skills with a minimum of 4 years" experience coordinating multiple projects in a multinational organization. - Knowledge of data migration, integration, and reporting tools. - Ideally, prior experience in implementing HR tools like Workday, SuccessFactors, or Oracle. - Demonstrated expertise in harmonizing and defining complex processes. - Proactive problem-solving approach and ability to work independently. - Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment. - Excellent English communication skills and based in Pune, India.
