HR Project Manager

As an experienced HR Project Manager at Regnology, you will play a crucial role in the growth and development of the global HR function. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing the end-to-end project of HRIS implementation, involving planning, risk management, and status reporting. - Overseeing cross-border HR projects to promote consistency and collaboration in an international setting. - Ensuring effective communication and engagement with stakeholders throughout project lifecycles. - Leading efforts to streamline global HR policies while considering local legal and cultural requirements. - Enhancing the efficiency, user experience, and adoption of HR tools and systems. - Collaborating with HR functional leads to align processes with new tools and systems. - Ensuring data security and compliance with relevant regulations such as GDPR and local labor laws. - Identifying process improvements and developing HR projects aligned with Regnology's HR strategy. To be considered for this role, you should possess: - Strong project management skills with at least 4 years of experience coordinating multiple projects in a multinational organization. - Familiarity with data migration, integration, and reporting tools. - Ideally, previous experience in implementing HR tools like Workday, SuccessFactors, or Oracle. - Demonstrated expertise in harmonizing and defining complex processes. - Proactive problem-solving approach and self-directed working style. - Resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments, with a willingness to embrace change and new opportunities. - Excellent communication skills in English and based in Pune, India.
