Job Description

Role Overview: As a Project Manager in the HR PMO team at HERE Technologies, you will have the opportunity to lead and deliver a variety of strategic and operational projects within the global HR organization. Your responsibilities will range from overseeing large-scale transformation programs to managing smaller, high-impact initiatives. Your role will involve managing the full project lifecycle, including planning, stakeholder engagement, execution, and delivery. This is a visible position that requires strong project management skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization globally and cross-functionally. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage HR-related projects of varying complexity and scope, such as transformation, restructuring, and system/program implementations - Own and drive HR initiatives supporting internal communication, employee feedback, and site engagement - Collaborate with global HR colleagues and cross-functional teams across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas - Track project progress using tools like Jira, ensuring milestones are met and stakeholders are informed - Translate data and feedback into actionable insights and recommendations - Create compelling presentations and confidently pitch project outcomes and proposals to HR colleagues, senior leaders, and executive stakeholders - Manage up, down, and across the organization to ensure alignment, accountability, and momentum - Foster a culture of continuous improvement, creative problem-solving, and inclusive collaboration Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management, Human Resource Management, or Management Information Systems preferred - Certifications in PMI/PRINCE2 preferred - Minimum of 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager, including 3+ years leading cross-functional (global) projects - Experience working within or alongside HR teams with a strong understanding of HR processes and challenges - Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity, skilled at breaking down problems into actionable plans - Confident communicator and presenter, capable of tailoring messaging to different audiences - Proficient in project tracking tools like Jira, capable of using data to inform decisions and drive outcomes (Note: No additional details of the company were present in the provided job description),
