HR Project Manager

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors degree in Organizational Management, Human Resource Management or Management Information Systems preferred. Certifications: PMI/PRINCE2 preferred
• A seasoned Project Manager with at least 8+ years of experience, including 3+ years leading cross-functional, (global) projects
• Experienced in working within or alongside HR teams, with a strong understanding of HR processes and challenges
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity, and skilled at breaking down problems into actionable plans
• A confident communicator and presenter, able to tailor messaging to different audiences, from employees to senior leadership
• Proficient in project tracking tools like Jira, and capable of using data to inform decisions and drive outcomes.
