Role : Enterprise Application Administrator - HRIS Responsibilities : Work with internal stakeholders to help manage technology solutions that support the firms overall strategic direction and are consistent with systems and employment legislation. Cultivate and manage relationships with key partners (HR functions, IT, business partners, vendors, etc.) Optimize, streamline, and administer HR systems and technologies, including ongoing enhancements and upgrades. Deliver HR technology solutions that provide a high value for HR practitioners and other key stakeholders. Identify issues, challenges, or problems; research and implement process or technology improvements. Manage and prioritize day-to-day requests. Build and support global collaboration for delivering results. Function as an internal consultant to stakeholders to deliver process improvement, tools, tips, etc. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in management information systems, Human Resources or a related technical field, Masters degree strongly preferred; Minimum of 3 years of experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central/Onboarding . SAP SuccessFactors Certified is desirable in EC or ONB 2.0. Experience in Performance Management module is plus. Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of HR industry and technology trends and ability to keep informed about leading edge technologies and their application to HR and HR systems. Experience providing technology solutions to global HR organizations; specific experience in utilizing SAP (SuccessFactors) and in optimizing core HR tools. Familiarity with business and management principles involved in workforce planning, recruiting, scheduling, training and development, performance management, succession planning, compensation management, payroll and benefits, employee self-service, business analytics and reporting and HR measurement. Commitment to providing excellent customer service. Professional presence and communication (oral and written), active listening skills; Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver and support data integrations across global platforms and implement new platforms, using strong organizational skills and an ability to multi-task. Proven ability to work in a team environment, creating partnerships across multiple levels. Demonstrated drive for results, with appropriate attention to detail and commitment. About the job Looking for a Change & Communication Manager to join us at Mumbai Location. The primary responsibility will be to support the program of work to create and implement a change management strategy based on OCS strategy standards and devise an internal communication and training plans that maximizes employee adoption and usage whilst minimizing resistance. Communication will play a pivotal role in the strategy and strong emphasize will be relied on in this regard. The ideal candidate will be able to use their experience learned in previous HRIS transformation programmes to execute the most suitable solutions for our different user groups across the business. They will be able to implement a change program that is engaging, ensures adoption of the new processes and systems, ultimately contributing to the successful delivery of the project. KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES Functional Analyze change impact and manage anticipated resistance. Ensure organisational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders. Create and deliver the change and internal communications strategy that is aligned with project plans and objectives. Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as a staff intranet, videos, brochures, leaflets, posters, project newsletter or regular email bulletin. Compose and deliver exciting and engaging communications. Manage comprehensive internal communications that encompass all levels of the organization. Plan and host engagement events. Draft messages or scripts from senior executives for presentation to employees in written or spoken form.
