Project Management Officer - PMO

As a Senior PMO Analyst at Regnology, you will be part of the international Operations team, supporting the establishment and execution of cross-functional business process, data, and change projects. Your role will require a detail-oriented approach to solve cross-functional business challenges effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee the tracking of project progress and alignment to project goals, providing regular updates to senior stakeholders. - Support the development and implementation of standardized best practices, templates, and governance to ensure consistency across projects. - Proactively identify and escalate project risks and issues, assisting project managers with mitigation plans and resolution. - Coordinate between project teams and stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication on project deliverables and follow-up on action items. - Provide insights and recommendations to enhance project outcomes. - Projects may include cross-functional change, software migrations, and/or business process improvements. **Qualifications Required:** - Successfully completed university studies in economics, computer science, or a comparable field in banking or insurance. - 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in project management or PMO related roles, preferably in software, financial services, or consulting. - Good knowledge of business processes and financial services is desirable. - Enthusiasm for international work in a growing, agile company. - Excellent stakeholder management and strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of German or French is a plus. - Located in Pune, India. - Passion for change and continuous learning. - Project Management certification such as PMP/PRINCE2 and/or a background in data/financial analytics would be a bonus.
