Your role and responsibilities:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive HR Operations globally or in a respective geography. Each day, you will take full accountability for the end-to-end operations and deliver high-quality services against agreed performance targets. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring a high degree of customer experience and by being responsible for people management in the given geographical scope.The work model for the role is Onsite.This role is contributing to the Country HR project under Motion business.This role will be for 6 months fixed term direct contract with ABB.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Driving the execution of global/regional roadmap and deliverables, and the further optimization of HR processes, in close collaboration with global HR service lines.
• Supporting in financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
• Guiding the team to ensure that escalations are handled properly and overseeing the resolution implementation.
• Planning development of the operations and further refining the operating model, organizational structure, and governance model; and leading global projects by offering profound expertise and knowledge and supporting collaboration across different functions.
  

Qualifications for the role:

• Any diploma/degree in relevant field.
• 15+ years of experience in HR project management and HR operations with proven experience managing country-level or multi-site HR initiatives.
• Experience working in a multinational or fast-paced environment is a plus.
• Excellent communication in English and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical thinking with attention to detail.
