We are seeking a highly driven and aggressive Project Manager to take end-to-end ownership of large-scale, high-value software projects powered by the latest technologies, including AI/ML, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs).

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong technical depth, proven execution skills, and the ability to deliver projects on aggressive timelines—ensuring zero-defect, high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Project Delivery Excellence

• Lead and deliver multiple high-value projects with uncompromising quality standards.
• Ensure milestones are met on time with zero tolerance for rework or bugs.
• Establish and enforce governance frameworks & reporting mechanisms.

Technology Leadership

• Oversee projects involving AI/ML models, LLM-driven solutions, and graph DB.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance, troubleshoot issues, and review system architectures.
• Identify opportunities for automation, cost savings, and process optimization.

Team & Vendor Management

• Build, mentor, and drive distributed teams to peak productivity.
• Manage vendors and outsourced partners, ensuring compliance and high performance.
• Enforce accountability across teams to avoid slippages.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Work directly with international clients to capture and refine requirements.
• Ensure business alignment, address risks proactively, and manage escalations.
• Build strong, lasting stakeholder relationships across industries.

Process & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to CMMi, ISO standards, and information security practices.
• Drive audit readiness, project documentation, and compliance reviews.

Skills & Experience

• Education: BTech / MCA from a reputed institution.
• Proven success in managing large, high-value software projects across industries (e-commerce, healthcare, supply chain, manufacturing).
• Hands-on project management experience with AI/ML & next-gen technologies.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, AI/ML pipelines, LLM solutions, and architectures.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role with international clients.
• Expertise in budgeting, cost control, and productivity optimization.
• Skilled in vendor management, distributed teams, and outsourcing.
• Familiar with CMMi, ISO standards, and data security frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum Master.
• Exposure to Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
• Experience managing AI-driven transformation projects for global enterprises.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in healthcare, manufacturing, and supply chain.
