Title:Manager, Project Management
Position Overview:
The Manager, Project Managementwill lead a successful team of Project Managers (various levels) and Business Solutions Architects (various levels) in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment. They are the primary client interface for client implementations, from initial engagement to final launch, responsible for overseeing the development lifecycle, fostering collaboration within the team to ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Champion expertise within the Project Management teams and provide advice and solutions.
- Act as subject matter expert on client clinical study protocol and the transfer of study requirements into the endpoint PULSE platform to provide proper support to the Project Management Team.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for direct reports on the assigned team.
- Build effective partnerships with internal teams to advance projects through all development phases.
- Conduct key milestone check-ins with direct reports to maintain project schedules, track milestones, and manage cross-functional dependencies.
- Manage ongoing reporting of project health and profitability to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensuring the Project Management team successfully manages all assigned projects and providing best in class customer service.
- Provide overall direction, guidance, mentoring, and training to the Project Management teams.
- Ultimately responsible for addressing any issues or problems within the team and to make sure they are dealt with appropriately.
Authority:
- Assess risks associated with each Client RTSM system and change requirements, making the necessary decisions regarding Client RTSM systems.
- Work with upper management and HR to determine compensation for their respective Project Management team and\or personnel.
Accountabilities:
- Ensures all team members are participating in the achievement of company goals and objectives.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and/or appropriate experience

Prior experience in successfully leading a team of individual contributors.
- 3+ years of experience in a software Project Management role, with a proven ability to understand technical concepts and learn very quickly.

Prior experience in the life science industry or eClinical technologies preferred.

Previous experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment preferred.

Prior experience delivering voice (IVR), web (IWR), and mobile (IMR), or RTSM platforms highly desirable.

Exceptional attention to detail with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with professionals from diverse backgrounds.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
