The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Laravel and related technologies, as well as a proactive mindset and leadership capabilities. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor the backend development team using Laravel.Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications.Collaborate with frontend teams using Vue.js for seamless integration.Apply best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment processes.Partner with DevOps for smooth CI/CD pipeline implementation.Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues and bottlenecks.Keep pace with the latest Laravel and Vue.js frameworks and tools. Required Skills Minimum 8+ years of professional experience in PHP and Laravel development.Hands-on experience with Vue.js and frontend-backend integration.Expertise in building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices.Strong knowledge of relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.Proficient in using Git, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).Excellent problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.Effective communication and proven leadership qualities.Preferred SkillsFamiliarity with additional frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.Experience with testing frameworks like PHPUnit or Cypress.Understanding of serverless architecture and API Gateway integration.
