We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in managing IT projects and driving delivery using Agile methodologies and the SAFe framework. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling medium-to-large IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, and delivering high-quality results. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day project activities, serving as the primary contact between sponsors and stakeholders
• Analyze project information and strategies to determine the most effective approach for delivery
• Coordinate and manage the execution of multiple IT projects in line with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Take accountability for project status, client relationships, and ensuring quality and service consistently meet expectations
• Identify and implement new strategies, approaches, or workflows with clients to drive continuous improvement
• Participate in meetings to clarify client requirements, deadlines, and budgets
• Prepare and present reports and presentations on cost, quality, project activities, and account management
• Communicate effectively with sponsors, clients, stakeholders and colleagues with the ultimate goal of ensuring customer satisfaction
• Exposure to SAFe framework for scaling Agile across teams and programs

Requirement:

• 9+ years of experience in Project Management with strong project management expertise
• Native-level English communication skills
• Excellent writing, documentation and presentation abilities
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality
• Proven communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment as well as work independently
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Flexible and adaptable to diverse working environments
