Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of Medaura’s development roadmap. This role is critical to ensuring timely delivery, alignment with business goals, and smooth coordination across teams — especially as we expand into insurance-linked modules and integrations.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end software development life cycle for Medaura.
Create detailed project plans, timelines, and task breakdowns.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams — developers, designers, QA, and product stakeholders.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks, risks, and blockers proactively.
Track progress using tools like Trello, Jira, or similar.
Ensure feature delivery aligns with product scope and specifications.
Conduct regular stand-ups, sprint planning, and progress reviews.
Maintain clear communication with leadership on progress and challenges.
Ensure deliverables meet healthcare compliance standards and insurance integration requirements.

Requirements

Strong familiarity with
insurance integrations
and
healthcare compliances
.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Comfortable managing cross-functional, remote teams.
Proficiency in project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Notion, Trello).
Technical awareness to communicate effectively with developers

Bonus Skills

Experience working with GCC health systems or insurance platforms
Exposure to FHIR, HL7, or healthcare interoperability standards.
