Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Citrix/Messaging operations and manage a 24/7 support team
  • Lead project planning, execution, and delivery across infra domains
  • Drive process improvements, audits (COSMOS), and automation initiatives
  • Act as escalation point for technical issues and ensure stakeholder alignment
  • Track team performance, capacity, utilization, and service dashboards
  • Handle ITIL processes, leave management tools, and risk management

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong experience in

    Citrix and/or Messaging

    (mandatory), VMware preferred
  • Proven project management, team leadership, and technical oversight
  • Good understanding of

    ITIL

    , infra monitoring tools (Nagios, HP OMI)
  • Experience in audit processes, dashboards, and reporting
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in

    banking or financial services domain

    is mandatory
