Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Maipment, and labor for timely project delivery. Conduct feasibility assessments and risk analyses. Site & Team Management Supervise on-site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors. Monitor daily activities to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and timelines. Resolve on-site issues and make real-time decisions to maintain workflow. Stakeholder Coordination Liaise with clients, consultants, local authorities, and vendors. Attend review meetings and prepare progress reports. Ensure smooth communication between internal and external stakeholders. Compliance & Quality Control Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, safety norms, and environmental guidelines. Oversee testing of construction materials and roadwork for quality standards. Maintain documentation for audits and inspections. Cost Control & Procurement Monitor budget spending and recommend cost-saving strategies. Approve procurement of construction materials and machinery. Handle billing, vendor payments, and project financial reporting. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (Master’s preferred) Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in road/highway construction projects, with at least 3 years in a Project Manager role Skills: Strong knowledge of highway design, road surfacing, drainage, and alignment techniques Familiar with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Strong understanding of government norms, tendering processes, and contract management Good communication in English and regional languages Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹680,448.45 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Total : 8 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
