Project Manager

Core responsibilities

• Project planning and management: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including defining scope, objectives, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Budget and cost control: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to ensure financial goals are met.
• Team leadership: Lead and supervise project teams, including architects, engineers, and construction staff, while allocating tasks and providing guidance.
• Stakeholder communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and performance.
• Compliance and safety: Ensure all project activities comply with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental guidelines.
• Quality control: Monitor construction progress to ensure work meets quality standards and specifications through regular site inspections and quality assurance processes.
• Risk management: Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve problems to keep the project on track.
• Documentation and reporting: Prepare and review project reports, documents, and technical specifications.

Pay: ₹16,235.61 - ₹62,649.06 per month
